Analysis of design and installation thermocouples in power plants

Analiza izrade i ugradnje termoparova u elektroenergetskim postrojenjima

Abstract
Measurement of temperature, in addition to pressure, is the most common type of measurement in the process industry and power plants. Thermocouples are most common in contact with devices. The selection and quality of final assembly termoelemenata is important from the standpoint of the functioning regulation circuits. Proper connection thermocouples in process depend on the manufacturer. This paper gives overview achievements IHTM-CMTM, who represents as manufacturer thermocouples on the Serbian market almost a decade in manufacturing and servicing for customers. The paper is useful for staffs who are engaged in designing and producing thermocouples. The most common causes of errors that occurred during their exploitation are shown here.
Merenje temperature, pored pritiska, je najčešći tip merenja u procesnoj industriji i termoelektranama. Termoparovi su najčešće u kontaktu sa uređajima. Izbor i kvalitet finalne montaže termoelemenata je bitno sa stanovišta funkcionisanja merno-regulacionog kola. Pravilno povezivanje termoparova u procesu zavisi od proizvođača. Ovaj rad daje pregled dostignuća IHTM-CMTM, koji se predstavlja kao proizvođač termoparova na srpskom tržištu skoro deceniju u proizvodnji i servisiranju za klijente. Rad je koristan za osoblje koje se bavi projektovanjem i proizvodnjom termoparova. Najčešći uzroci grešaka koji su se dogodili tokom eksploatacije su prikazane u ovom radu.
