dc.description.abstractIt is shown that the Dyson equation gives finite values for multiphoton resonance absorption rates when an appropriate diagram summation technique is applied. A simple recurrence formula connects the n-photon absorption probability per unit time with lower-order absorption probabilities per unit time.sr
