Properties of new gold based multicomponent alloys as innovative lead-free solder material
Abstract
The results of experimental investigation of some thermal, structural, mechanical and electrical properties of selected alloys in the In-Ga70Au10Sb20 cross-section of Au-Ga-In-Sb system are presented in this paper. Applied experimental techniques included: differential scanning calorimetry, light optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy, hardness, microhardness and electrical conductivity measurements.
