abstract = "U više od šest decenija kvantne elektronike, razvijeno je mnogo tipova kvantnih generatora i pojačavača u čitavom elektromagnetnom spektru. Zavisno od tipa i performansi: načina rada (konti nualan rad, impulsan rad), opsega, širine impulsa i repeticije, izlazne frekvencije, razvijeno je mnogo pravaca primene. Problemi izvora i izbora energetike su se međusobno uklopili i isprepleli u raznim putevima transformacije. U ovom radu se razmatraju primene, u kojima se daljinskom kontrolom postiže nadgledanje stanja velikih postrojenja, pored drugih velikih zadataka, koji se mogu rešiti iz procesa apsorpcije, rasejanja (elastičnog i neelastičnog) i fluorescencije. Posmatra se analitički prilaz razvijene teorije, mogućnosti sistema na bazi tehnike lidara (ladara, diala, colidara, lardara) i daje estimacija po poznatim podacima stanja okoline (atmosfere). Ovi problemi su zajednički i za energetska postrojenja, za svakodnevni život, ali i za industrijsko i uopšte kulturno nasleđe. Ovde se pokazuju eksplicitno metode od šireg značaja zasnovane na praćenju podataka sa objekata kulturne baštine i drugih od interesa. Razmatraju se prvenstveno nedestruktivne metode i metode, koje uključuju minimalne količine uzoraka i za jedan i drugi (nedestruktivan) pravac. Daju se i prethodna istraživanja u pogledu eksperimenta i daljeg razvitka teorije. Posmatraju se i konstrukcije (dizajn) sa raznih strana, i metode automatskih pretraživanja baza podataka, razvijeni programski paketi u datim područjima, primena standarda za ove i paralelne tehnike merenja. Simulacije sa primenom efekata rasejanja u cilju dijagnostike atmosfere primenom lidarskih tehnika su jedan od aspekata rada., In more than six decades of quantum ele tronics, many types of quantum generators and amplifiers have been developed over the entire electromagnetic spectrum. The analytical approach of a developed theory is observed, achieved opportunities of existing lidar systems (lardars, dials, colidars) and the estimate of developed, with respect to the datade scribing the state of the environment (ambient atmosphere), as well as other problems showing explicitly signs of change on the objects of cultural heritage and other objects of interest. Though nondestructive methods are discussed predominantly, methods including minimal quantities of samples
are taken into acc unt as well. For both approaches (non-destructive as well the one with minimal destruction), preliminary research is provided, regarding the experiment and further development of theory. Construction (or design) types are compared in different aspects, and methods of automatic data base search are discussed, as well as various software packages developed in a given area, the application of standards for these and alternative measurement techniques.",
