AB  - Kritička preispitivanja postupaka koji se delovanjem na materijale primenjuju u konzervaciji-restauraciji predmeta kulturne baštine, obuhvataju opšta i pojedinačna pitanja o upotrebi novih tehnologija, posebno lasera, u odnosu na klasične prilaze problematici zaštite artefakata, koji imaju arheološku, istorijsku ili umetničku vrednost. Pitanje etičnosti posmatra se sa više aspekata, koji se odnose na materijalna i nematerijalna postupanja prema predmetima zaštite, u smislu ispunjavanja zadate funkcije odabrane tehnike, a pod uslovima najvišeg stepena bezbednosti i ekološke zaštite. U ovom radu u fokusu istraživanja je karakterizacija proto-konceptualnih rešenja u primeni lasera na materijalima predmeta baštine, sa ciljem utvrđivanja eksplikatornih razlika u obrazlaganju potreba za primenu klasičnih pristupa konzervaciji-restauraciji kulturnog nasleđa, sa posebnim osvrtom u domenu tautoloških praksi
AB  - Critical re-examinations of the procedures applied on materials during the conservation-restoration of cultural heritage objects, including general and individual questions about the use of new technologies, especially lasers, in relation to classical approaches to the protection of artifacts of archaeological, historical or artistic value. The issue of ethics is viewed from several aspects related to tangible and intangible actions towards objects of protection, in terms of fulfilling the given function of the chosen technique, and under the conditions of the highest degree of safety and environmental protection. This paper focuses on the characterization of proto-conceptual solutions in the application of lasers on heritage materials, with the aim of determining explicative differences in explaining the need for classical approaches to conservation-restoration of cultural heritage, with special reference to tautological practices.

AB  - Mnogobrojni metodi transformacije energije, koji se danas koriste praktično u mass media i istraživanjima u raznim savremenim disciplinama zaslužuju analize sa nekoliko aspekata. Jedan od aspekata praktične prirode je poboljšanje karakteristika konstruisanih /ostvarenih senzora i komponenata u praksi, a drugi pitanje transformacije energije i filozofski posmatranog ,,pozitivnog ili negativnog pravca’’. U radu se analiziraju odabrani problemi i problematike, sa teorijske i praktične tačke gledišta, potkrepljene i eksperimentalnim pristupom.
AB  - Versatile methods of energy transformation, among which some of them currently are used even in mass media and in researches at different contemporary disciplines, deserve further analyzing from few aspects. One of the practical approaches is improving the characteristics of designed sensors or components which are present in praxis, while the other is the question of transforming of energy, as some would to say ''from the philosophical view as positive or negative direction“. In this paper are analyzing the chosen problems from the theoretical and practical view points.

AB  - Of the first laser application  in the field of preservation and diagnostics of cultural heritage, many tasks in the field of physical processes have been ended to today, which include interaction and dimensioning powder structures, controlling the work environment in the process of cleaning objects, as well as the applications of holographic, tomographic, interferent and diffraction and diffraction methods Diagnosticing, memory, authentication, etc. Some of the problems will be considered in this paper, including the necessary software support. The methods of laser cleaning of plaster objects based on literature were analyzed, and in given cases assess was distribution by the dimensions of powder and aerosol particles (analytical). The data obtained are digitized with appropriate software and prepared for further software processing for the sake of the characteristic functions of the distribution. Obtaining distribution is required to assess the protection measures due to risk, which implies dimensions of particles harmful to the human health. This area is directly associated with methods to obtain powders through lasers and apply thin layers, where the optimal working regime of the applied laser is of interest.
AB  - Od prvih primena lasera u području očuvanja i dijagnostike kulturne baštine, do danas je rešeno mnogo zadataka iz područja fizičkih procesa koji uključuju interakciju i dimenzionisanje praškastih struktura, kontrolisanje radne sredine u procesu čišćenja objekata, ali i primene holografskih, tomografskih, interferentnih i difrakcionih metoda za dijagnostikovanje, memorisanje, proveru autentičnosti i td. Neki od problema će biti razmatrani u ovom radu, uključujući i potrebne softverske podrške. Analizirane su metode laserskog čišćenja predmeta na bazi gipsa na osnovu literature i za date slučajeve ocenjena je distribucija po dimenzijama čestica praha i aerosola (analitički). Dobijeni podaci su digitalizovani odgovarajućim softverom i pripremljeni za dalju softversku obradu radi dobijanja karakterističnih funkcija raspodele. Dobijanje raspodele je potrebno za procenu mera zaštite usled rizika, koji podrazumeva dimenzije čestica štetnih za ljudski organizam. Ova se oblast direktno povezuje sa metodama za dobijanje prahova putem lasera i nanošenje tankih slojeva, gde je od interesa optimalan radni režim primenjenog lasera.

AB  - U istraživanju materijala u čvrstom stanju raznih gabarita, od relativno malih objekata do naslaga ispod građevina, ili uopšte, istorijski se, od potpuno nezavisnih metoda merenja iz oblasti mehaničkih ispitivanja, preko akustičkih (ultrazvuk), danas prešlo na nove metode koje uključuju optičke prilaze. Gotovo paralelna istraživanja u sprezi optike i akustike se i na molekularnom nivou (razblaženi i koncentrovani rastvori malih molekula i makromolekula, polimera, emulzije, micele) proučavaju putem procesa rasejanja laserskih snopova. Poslednji stadijum je vezan za metode merenja koherentnih snopova, koje vezuju i velika gustina snage i spektralna gustina i energije i snage.
Primena metoda talasne optike i razni stepeni kompleksnosti pojava, koje uključuju refleksiju, interferenciju i difrakciju (uz deskripciju polarizacije), već dugo podrazumeva specifične pristupe za profesionalna ispitivanja u mašinstvu i građevinarstvu. To znači da je s obzirom na širinu pojma kulturne baštine, sva ova iskustava je moguće iskoristi i za objekte kulturne baštine.
U radu se opisuju, vrši izbor i pokazuju neke mogućnosti metoda, gde se uz seizmiku pojavljuju laserske metode. Za posebna izvršena merenja akustičkih podataka o materijalu objekata kulturne baštine, vrši se procena njihovih mehaničkih osobina (elastičnih modula) i traži skup drugih konstanti koje će upotpuniti prirodu artefakta.
AB  - In the research of materials in solid state of various gabarits, from relatively small facilities to the deposits below buildings, or in general, historically, from fully independent measurement in the field of mechanical tests, through the acoustic (ultrasound) to new methods involving optical approaches. Almost parallel research in the optics and acoustics are also at the molecular level (diluted and concentrated solutions of small molecules and macromolecules, polymers, emulsions, miceles) are studied through the process of dispersion of laser beams. The last stage is related to the methods of measuring coherent beams, which also bind large density and spectral density and energy and power.
Application of the wave optics method and various degrees of complexity, which include reflection, interference and diffraction (with descriptions of polarization), has long imply specific approaches for professional testing in mechanical engineering and construction. This means that in view of the latitude of the term cultural heritage, all this experience can be used for cultural heritage facilities.
The paper describes, performs and show some possibilities of methods, where laser methods appear with seismic. For special measurements of acoustic data on the material of cultural heritage, the assessment of their mechanical properties (elastic modules) and requires a set of other constants that will complete the nature of the artifact.

abstract = "U istraživanju materijala u čvrstom stanju raznih gabarita, od relativno malih objekata do naslaga ispod građevina, ili uopšte, istorijski se, od potpuno nezavisnih metoda merenja iz oblasti mehaničkih ispitivanja, preko akustičkih (ultrazvuk), danas prešlo na nove metode koje uključuju optičke prilaze. Gotovo paralelna istraživanja u sprezi optike i akustike se i na molekularnom nivou (razblaženi i koncentrovani rastvori malih molekula i makromolekula, polimera, emulzije, micele) proučavaju putem procesa rasejanja laserskih snopova. Poslednji stadijum je vezan za metode merenja koherentnih snopova, koje vezuju i velika gustina snage i spektralna gustina i energije i snage.
Primena metoda talasne optike i razni stepeni kompleksnosti pojava, koje uključuju refleksiju, interferenciju i difrakciju (uz deskripciju polarizacije), već dugo podrazumeva specifične pristupe za profesionalna ispitivanja u mašinstvu i građevinarstvu. To znači da je s obzirom na širinu pojma kulturne baštine, sva ova iskustava je moguće iskoristi i za objekte kulturne baštine.
U radu se opisuju, vrši izbor i pokazuju neke mogućnosti metoda, gde se uz seizmiku pojavljuju laserske metode. Za posebna izvršena merenja akustičkih podataka o materijalu objekata kulturne baštine, vrši se procena njihovih mehaničkih osobina (elastičnih modula) i traži skup drugih konstanti koje će upotpuniti prirodu artefakta., In the research of materials in solid state of various gabarits, from relatively small facilities to the deposits below buildings, or in general, historically, from fully independent measurement in the field of mechanical tests, through the acoustic (ultrasound) to new methods involving optical approaches. Almost parallel research in the optics and acoustics are also at the molecular level (diluted and concentrated solutions of small molecules and macromolecules, polymers, emulsions, miceles) are studied through the process of dispersion of laser beams. The last stage is related to the methods of measuring coherent beams, which also bind large density and spectral density and energy and power.
Application of the wave optics method and various degrees of complexity, which include reflection, interference and diffraction (with descriptions of polarization), has long imply specific approaches for professional testing in mechanical engineering and construction. This means that in view of the latitude of the term cultural heritage, all this experience can be used for cultural heritage facilities.
The paper describes, performs and show some possibilities of methods, where laser methods appear with seismic. For special measurements of acoustic data on the material of cultural heritage, the assessment of their mechanical properties (elastic modules) and requires a set of other constants that will complete the nature of the artifact.",

AB  - U više od šest decenija kvantne elektronike, razvijeno je mnogo tipova kvantnih generatora i pojačavača u čitavom elektromagnetnom spektru. Zavisno od tipa i performansi: načina rada (konti nualan rad, impulsan rad), opsega, širine impulsa i repeticije, izlazne frekvencije, razvijeno je mnogo pravaca primene. Problemi izvora i izbora energetike su se međusobno uklopili i isprepleli u raznim putevima transformacije. U ovom radu se razmatraju primene, u kojima se daljinskom kontrolom postiže nadgledanje stanja velikih postrojenja, pored drugih velikih zadataka, koji se mogu rešiti iz procesa apsorpcije, rasejanja (elastičnog i neelastičnog) i fluorescencije. Posmatra se analitički prilaz razvijene teorije, mogućnosti sistema na bazi tehnike lidara (ladara, diala, colidara, lardara) i daje estimacija po poznatim podacima stanja okoline (atmosfere). Ovi problemi su zajednički i za energetska postrojenja, za svakodnevni život, ali i za industrijsko i uopšte kulturno nasleđe. Ovde se pokazuju eksplicitno metode od šireg značaja zasnovane na praćenju podataka sa objekata kulturne baštine i drugih od interesa. Razmatraju se prvenstveno nedestruktivne metode i metode, koje uključuju minimalne količine uzoraka i za jedan i drugi (nedestruktivan) pravac. Daju se i prethodna istraživanja u pogledu eksperimenta i daljeg razvitka teorije. Posmatraju se i konstrukcije (dizajn) sa raznih strana, i metode automatskih pretraživanja baza podataka, razvijeni programski paketi u datim područjima, primena standarda za ove i paralelne tehnike merenja. Simulacije sa primenom efekata rasejanja u cilju dijagnostike atmosfere primenom lidarskih tehnika su jedan od aspekata rada.
AB  - In more than six decades of quantum ele tronics, many types of quantum generators and amplifiers have been developed over the entire electromagnetic spectrum. Depending on their type and the performance: the work regime (continuous, pulse), broad-band, pulse width, repetition rate and, output frequency, even more various applications are developed. Problems of origin (or source) and choice of p wer correspond to each other and are inter-twined [in various ways]. In this paper applications are discussed, where the remo e control is achieved through monitoring states of large plants, in addition to other major tasks, that can be achieved from processes of absorption, scattering (elastic and inelastic). The analytical approach of a developed theory is observed, achieved opportunities of existing lidar systems (lardars, dials, colidars) and the estimate of developed, with respect to the datade scribing the state of the environment (ambient atmosphere), as well as other problems showing explicitly signs of change on the objects of cultural heritage and other objects of interest. Though nondestructive methods are discussed predominantly, methods including minimal quantities of samples
are taken into acc unt as well. For both approaches (non-destructive as well the one with minimal destruction), preliminary research is provided, regarding the experiment and further development of theory. Construction (or design) types are compared in different aspects, and methods of automatic data base search are discussed, as well as various software packages developed in a given area, the application of standards for these and alternative measurement techniques.

AB  - Multicomponent nickel alloy, alloyed with: Mn, Cr, Al, Fe, B, Zr and others, was subjected after mechanical under the vacuum heat treatments: solution heat treatment at 1080oC for 1 hour, primary precipitation at 840 oC for 4 hours, secondary precipitation heat treatment at 760 oC for 3 hours and stress relief annealing at 700 oC for 1 hour. After heat treatment, laser surface treatment was applied and was related to the material deformation and damage formation on the material surface. Preliminary investigations were carried out by laser drilling and resulting traces on material were recorded by scanning electron microscope to find out the influence of different energies and pulse length on structural changes in the material.
