Lean Concept in Transmitter Production

AB  - The algorithm for providing improvement of production processes in the company of small-batch type of production has been intrduced in this paper. Lean manufacturing or concept in the process of improving production is used increasingly. However, the concept is designed for large enterprises. The process of production transmitters or the possibility of implementing the concept according to the known principles has been analyzed in this paper. Credibility of the algorithm is reflected in giving recommendations on how to eliminate the short comings in the production process through transmitters: regular movement of employees, regular sequence of operations, products design, and cooperation with customers, reducing inventory and control introduction in all stages of the process. The production process with the implemented process of reproduction makes an integral part of Lean concept. The paper gives an example of how to save on material and other resources in the company arising as large losses in the production process.

AB  - This paper presents the realized temperature transmitters. Transmitters were analyzed by technological generations. IHTM-CMTM in order to survive must develop new features and content of the product. Changes in technology lead to the development of new products. Application of new technology reduces the product life cycle, but on the other hand opens new markets. The paper made the connection between technology development and new product development of mechanical preparation and processing to output control of all parameters. .
AB  - U ovom radu su prikazani realizovani transmiteri temperature. Transmiteri su analizirani po tehnološkim generacijama. IHTM-CMTM da bi opstao na tržištu, mora da razvija nove karakteristike i sadržaj proizvoda. Promene u tehnologiji dovode do razvoja novih proizvoda. Primena novih tehnologija smanjuje životni ciklus proizvoda, ali sa druge strane otvara nova tržišta. U radu je napravljena veza između razvoja tehnologije i razvoja novog proizvoda od mašinske pripreme i obrade do izlazne kontrole svih parametara. .

AB  - Research in CMTM improves the development of static characteristic sensors or transducers. Automation of measurements with existing interface gives us the ability to classify and analyze important information about the device we are studying. This paper analyzes the models to improve the measurement process on existing equipment. .
AB  - Istraživanja u CMTM-u obuhvataju usavršavanje statičkih karakteristika senzora ili transdjusera. Automatizacija procesa merenja na postojećoj aparaturi pruža nam mogućnost da klasifikujemo i analiziramo važne informacije o uređaju koji ispitujemo. U radu su analizirani modeli kako unaprediti proces merenja se stanovišta iskorišćenja postojeće opreme. .

AB  - Successfully managing in laboratory only depends on the personnel and equipment used in special use. The laboratory must have the necessary equipment which must be regularly calibrated. Employees must be completely familiar with the testing methodology, they must know the document the quality system, to be familiar with the rules of the laboratory. The paper describes the procedure by which a monitor measuring equipment operating in the manufacturing process. .
AB  - Uspešno upravljanje laboratorijom isključivo zavisi od kadra i opreme koja se koristi u namenske svrhe. Laboratorija mora da ima neophodnu opremu koja mora biti redovno etalonirana. Zaposleni moraju biti potpuno upoznati sa metodologijom ispitivanja, moraju da poznaju dokumenta sistema kvaliteta, da budu upoznati sa pravilima rada u laboratoriji. U radu je opisana procedura kojom se prati rukovanje mernom opremom u procesu proizvodnje. .

AB  - The paper presents and analyzes a new product CMTM's. Selection and evaluation of new products that will succeed in the market depends on the product development process and management companies. Development, testing and marketing a new product is certainly a big undertaking for a company. Production SMART transmitter is an example of how local companies can respond to the demands of competition in the domestic and foreign markets.
AB  - U radu su prikazani i analizirani novi proizvodi CMTM-a. Izbor novih proizvoda i ocena da će uspeti na tržištu zavisi od procesa razvoja samog proizvoda i menadžmenta preduzeća. AB  - In this work is defined by the sensor. It is made the division of the sensors and their application. Technology development is very complex. Without the use of sensors is impossible to perform the simplest activities. The paper deals with examining what are the possibilities of production in the domestic market. The introduction of intelligent sensors, sensor is attached to the sophisticated skills, such as compatibility with communications systems improve the logical possibilities.
AB  - U ovom radu je definisan senzor. Napravljena je podela senzora i njihova primena. Tehnološki razvoj je vrlo složen. Bez upotrebe senzora nemoguće je obavljati najjednostavnije aktivnosti. Rad se bavi ispitivanjem kakve su mogućnosti proizvodnje i na domaćem tržištu. Uvođenjem inteligentnih senzora senzoru se pridodaju sofisticirane sposobnosti, kao što je kompatibilnost sa komunikacionim sistemima, unapređenje logičke mogućnosti.
