AB - In this paper, a comparison of conventional and additive manufacturing was made. Lean and sustainable manufacturing from the point of view of waste were also analyzed. It was established that conventional manufacturing is slowly being replaced by additive manufacturing, but its role is still significant. Lean manufacturing indicates that waste is everywhere, i.e. at all organizational levels. Sustainable manufacturing analyzes new technologies and measures their impact on environmental protection with as little resource consumption as possible. The paper examined the importance of additive manufacturing in sustainable manufacturing by considering Lean principles. In conclusion, there is a flowchart of documents and activities that methodologically introduce additive manufacturing through respect for Lean principles and sustainable production. Savings in production time, launching new products, and quick replacement of parts have become imperative today, and further continuation of this work should be aimed at defining models and procedures in the company's sustainable development.

AB - The current global economic climate conditions brought challenges to enterprises and entrepreneurs. Uncertainty, higher risk, and intensified competition negatively affect the way business is conducted. Enterprises and entrepreneurs have to adapt to these changes. For economic relief and economic growth, youth entrepreneurship should be developed in a decisive manner. In this paper, youth entrepreneurship development through innovation capital is analysed. The main goal was to identify and discuss main factors that affect youth entrepreneurship development. In addition, entrepreneurship and innovation as two main concepts are also addressed. The result is a theoretical, circular model that provides a significant and concise overview on how innovation capital derives from entrepreneurship and innovation. The paper provides a solid base for future studies.

AB - The fourth industrial revolution - Industry 4.0has brought challenges to enterprises across the globe. In addition, the globalization of markets and the COVID-19 pandemic have put pressure on enterprises who want to achieve competitive ability. Amidst the challenges of the modern business environment, the concept of the fifth industrial revolution - Industry 5.0 arises as a Society 5.0 compatible and systematic transformation of the Industry 4.0 concept. Industry 5.0 is forthcoming and is not fully materialized. However, it derives and is complementary with the Society 5.0 initiative, which is present for five years now. In this paper, the drawbacks of Industry 4.0 and the concept of Industry 5.0 are analysed. The main goal of the paper is to present Industry 5.0 and the new paradigm of manufacturing and conducting business. The paper contributes to the existing body of literature and provides an adequate basis for future research in the domain of industrial revolutions, sustainability, and competitiveness
