AB  - Hermeneutički i politehnički pogledi na tehnološki oblikovanu egzistenciju savremenog čoveka, ukrštaju se u politehničkom muzejskom okruženju, na planu simboličke sublimacije. U ovom radu, predmet istraživanja su operativno-tehnički aspekti prezentacije konceptualnih pozicija u stvaranju muzejskih predstava politehničnosti, a u kojima je centralno pitanje konceptualna primena u vizuelnoj predstavi mašinskih delova ili elemenata, pa i mašina u celini. Prikazane su dve studije sa Interneta, koje karakterišu različite tehnološke pristupe u materijalizaciji politehničkog promišljanja o tehnološkom univerzumu naše civilizacije.
AB  - Hermeneutic and polytechnic views on the technologically shaped existence of modern man intersect in the polytechnic museum environment, in termms of symbolic sublimation. In this paper, the subject of research  are operational and technical aspects of the presentation of conceptual positions in the creation of museum presentations of polytechnic, in which the central issue is the conceptual application in the visual presentation of machine parts or elements, and machines as a whole. Two studies from the Polytechnic museum in Moscow are presented, which characterize different technological approaches in the materialization of polytechnic thinking about the technological universe of our civilization.

AB  - Fenomen obrazovnog politehničkog koncepta VKhUTEMAS (Высшие государственные художественно-технические мастерские), koji je izgrađivan i realizovan tridesetih godina XX veka u Moskvi, savremeni teoretičari povezuju sa metodologijom stvaranja avangarde, ne samo u umetnosti i industrijskom dizajnu, već i u domenu mišljenja o problemima obrazovanja i eksperimentalnim nastavnim metodama. Takođe su značajni i programski sadržaji koji se odnose na domene proizvodnje, odnosno tehnologije materijala, posebno obrade metala. U ovom radu, iz politehničke vizure, koja je bila zastupljena posebno u bazičnom, propedeutičkom delu ovog obrazovnog koncepta, istražuje se pitanje predmetnosti zaštite kulturnog nasleđa VKhUTEMAS, na primeru studije slučaja kolekcije koja se danas nalazi u The Getty Research Institute u Los Anđelesu, pod nazivom „VKhUTEMAS Collection, 1920-1929“.
AB  - Phenomenon of the educational polytechnic concept of VKhUTEMAS (Высшие
государственные художественно-технические мастерские), which was built and implemented in the 1930s in Moscow, modern theorists connect with the methodology of creating avant-garde, not only in art and industrial design, already in the domain of opinions on education and experimental teaching methods. Also, significant are programs facilities relating to the domain of production, i.e. technology of materials, especially metal processing. In this paper from the polytechnic point of view, which was represented especially in the basic, propeductile part of this educational concept, the question of the subject matter of protection of the cultural heritage of Vkhutemas is investigated, on the example of the Study of Collection, which is located in the Getty Research Institute in Los Angeles, entitled "Vkhutemas Collection, 1920-1929".

AB  - Umetnost kovanog gvožđa, vizantijska tehnika izrade predmeta, arheološko srebro srpskog srednjovekovnog blaga, predmeti od antičkog kamenja za pečate i nakit iz kolekcije Muzeja Kneza Pavla, zatim izrada relikvijara, umetnička obrada mačeva u skitskoj umetnosti, emajliranje, kopaničarstvo (rezbarenje drveta), staro srpsko zlatarstvo, kao i staro metalno posuđe srpskih vladarskih kuća, samo su neke od tema koje su bile zastupljene u časopisu Umetnički pregled, koji je u periodu od 1937-1941. godine objavljivao Muzej Kneza Pavla u Beogradu. U ovom radu, predmet istraživanja su politehnički sadržaji i način njihove tematizacije, u vezi sa istorijom, tradicijom, etnologijom i kulturom.
AB  - Wrought iron art, Byzantine technique of making items, archeological silver of Serbian medieval treasures, Antique stones for seals and jewelry from the collection of the Prince Paul Museum, then, making reliquaries, art processing in Scythians swords, enamel, wood carving, old Serbian art of craft gold, as well as the old dishes metal of Serbian ruling houses, only some of the topics that were represented in the magazine “Umetnički pregled”, which is in the period from 1937-1941. published the Prince Paule Museum in Belgrade. In this paper, the subject of research are polytechnic contents and the modus of their thematization, regarding history, tradition, ethnology and culture.

AB  - Dokument o politici za integraciju perspektive održivog razvoja u Konvenciju o svetskoj baštini, koji je usvojila Generalna skupština država članica (UNESCO, 2015), ističe značaj primene obnovljivih izvora energije u oblasti zaštite kulturnog nasleđa. Komparativnom analizom naučnih rezultata u međunarodnoj praksi o primeni obnovljivih izvora energije u zaštiti baštine, u ovom radu istražuju se distinkcije značajne za formulisanje semantičkog plana primene obnovljivih izvora energije u zaštiti baštine, sa akcentima na parametrima ograničenosti i funkcionalnosti primene na značajnim objektima kulturnog nasleđa.
AB  - Policy document on the integration of a sustainable development perspective into the World Heritage Convention, adopted by the General Assembly of States Parties (UNESCO, 2015), empha-sizes the importance of implementing renewable sources of energy into the field of cultural heritage protection. Comparative analysis of scientific results in international practice on the application of renewable energy sources in heritage protection, in this paper explores the distinctions important for formulating a semantic plan for the application of renewable energy sources in heritage protec-tion, with emphasis on the parameters of limitations and functional applicability for significant cul-tural heritage objects.

AB  - Nickel-based superalloys are used in load-bearing structures at elevated temperature and pressure and in harsh environment. Nickel based superalloys have good mechanical properties, good oxidation and corrosion resistance. Among the most demanding applications for a structural material are those in the turbine engines, in first place for turbine blades. Nickel based superalloys consist of nickel solid solution, strengthening ϒ’ phase (Ni3Al) and carbides. At room temperature turbine blades are paramagnetic. The earlier studies reported increase in magnetic properties of Ni3Al after induced deformation. In this paper, the magnetic properties of nickel based superalloy after deformation induced by laser waves are investigated and discussed. Mechanical characteristics are analyzed with regards to changes of magnetics properties.

AB  - The George Weifert Museum is a huge wealth of industrial and cultural heritage of Serbia. The brewery was founded in 1722 and 1840 it becomes the property of the Weifert family when its rapid development begins. Having completed the Higher Brewery School in Munich vicinity, and using the acquired knowledge, he founded one of the largest breweries in the Balkans. Technology for brewing beer and malt involves a large number of pressure vessels of various purposes and functions. Equipment for getting beer, about 300 years old, has long been out of service, some of the equipment was taken away, something broken, and much corroded. This work represents an effort and a call to help restore equipment and save from the time and oblivion. The technology and beer production line, which were amongst the most advanced technologies of that time, belong to the national heritage that we should be proud of. The work presented a heritological methodology of research of industrial heritage.
AB  - Muzej Đorđa Vajferta predstavlja značajno bogatstvo industrijske i kulturne baštine Srbije. Pivara je osnovana 1722. godine, a 1840. postaje vlasništvo porodice Vajfert kada i počinje nje nagli razvoj. Završivši Višu pivarsku školu u blizini Minhena i koristeći stečeno znanje, Vajfert osniva jednu od najvećih pivara na Balkanu. Tehnologija dobijanja piva i slada uključuje veliki broj posuda pod pritiskom različitih namena i funkcija. Oprema za dobijanje piva, stara oko 300 godina, odavno nije u funkciji, nešto od opreme je odnešeno, nešto polomljeno, a dosta toga korodiralo. Ovaj rad predstavlja jedan napor i poziv u pomoć da se oprema restaurira i sačuva od vremena i zaborava. Tehnologija i linija proizvodnje piva, koja je predstavljala jednu od najnaprednijih tehnologija tog vremena, spada u nacionalnu baštinu kojom bi morali da se ponosimo. U radu je primenjena heritološka metodologija istraživanja.

AB  - Uloga lidarskih tehnika i metoda sa kvantnim generatorima, a i optičkih metoda uopšte u očuvanju kulturne baštine i energetici, je i dalje u stalnom porastu. Ova izjava već mnogo godina samo menja nagib porasta, ali i dalje važi. Trend primene beskontaktnih metoda u mernim tehnikama je i dalje prisutan, gde uloge preuzimaju fotoni. Iako su i optičke metode već odavno prisutne u oblasti energetike, a sada i u oblasti kulturne baštine sa mnogo zadataka, uloge laserskih tehnika za daljinsku kontrolu ili za laboratorijske nalaze su pretrpele kvalitativne promene. Ako su se prvobitno kontrolisali daljinski parametri jedne vrste sada se ide na kontrole parametara različite vrste sa mnogo manjim brojem merenja. Povećavaju se rezolucije i krug mogućnosti pojedinih razvijenih lidarskih sistema.
U ovom radu su autori analizirali izabrane tehnike sa akcentom na ulozi lasera, i uočavali krug uključenih fundamentalnih procesa. Date analize su sadržane u postojećim primenama, a ukazane su i buduće potencijalne primene. Rad se bavi analizom složenijih i egzaktnijih zakonitosti, ali sagledava procese i sisteme i kroz praktična rešenja da bi se lakše ukazalo na manje poznate sprege, koje se mogu kroz paralelizam postojećih opisa mikrookolina primenjivati. Razmotreni su i softverski alati. S obzirom na širinu pojma i energetike i kulturne baštine i na potrebu da ove dve oblasti budu u pozitivnoj sprezi, rad razmatra paralelna istraživanja i stalne, buduće zadatke.
AB  - The role of LIDAR techniques and methods using quantum generators as well as optical methods in general for preservation of cultural heritage and power engine ering is in constant increase. This sttement for years changes only its incline but is still valid. The trend of contact less methods use in measuring techniques persists, where photons are taking over certain roles. Although, optical methods are present for long period of time in power engineering and know in cultural heritage preservation in numerous tasks. The useo f laser techniques for remote monitoring of for laboratory measurements suffered qualitative changes. If previously were monitored parameters of certain type, now this migrates to remote monitoring of different types of parameters with far less number of measurements. The resolutions are getting greater as well as the set of performances of developed lidar systems. In this paper authors analyzed chosen techniques accentuating lasers use, and identified the area of fundamental processes, thus being included. Given analysis are introduced relating to existing applications, pointing out future use. Paper deals with analysis of more complex and exact approaches, processes and systems trough optimal  solutions. Authors are pointing out less known feedbacks, which could be used for descriptions of micro and macro environments using parallel isms. Software tools are considered. Having in mind the vast area of power engineering and cultural heritage preservation and also the need for these areas to be in positive feedback, paper deals with parallel and specific investigations and constant and future tasks.

AB  - Legure nikla se koriste na povišenim temperaturama i pritiscima, odnosno pod najnepovoljnijim radnim uslovima, tako da je preciznost ispitivanja od posebnog značaja. Tendencija usavršavanja postojećih legura predstavlja posebno interesovanje u tehničkom i naučnom svetu. Na osnovu teorijskih postavki, analize eksperimentalnih rezultata, ustanovljeno je da na kvalitet legura nikla znatno utiču promene u strukturi koje nastaju u toku eksploatacije. Odgovarajućim termomehaničkim režimima eliminisani su defekti u materijalu nastali tokom eksploatacije, a primenom savremenih tehnika utvrđeni optimalni parametri procesa. Poseban značaj u istraživanju imaju fino strukturna ispitivanja vezana za optičku i elektronsku mikroskopiju koja su primenjena na legurama nikla i prikazana u ovom radu.

The tendency to improve existing alloys is especially interest in the technical and scientific world. Based on theoretical settings, the analyzes of experimental results, it was established that the quality of nickel alloys are significantly influenced by changes in the structure that arise during the exploitation. The corresponding thermomechanical regimes eliminated defects in the material incurred during the exploitation, and the application of modern techniques determined by optimal process parameters. Special importance in the research have fine structural tests related to optical and electron microscopy applied to nickel alloys and presented in this paper.

AB  - Nickel-base superalloys are an important class of engineering materials designed for high - temperature applications such as aero-engine components. Good corrosion resistance, optimal thermal properties, strength coupled with ductility, creep and fatigue resistance, as well as optimal impact and wear resistance are the main requirements for a satisfactory function in such severe environments at high temperatures. Lasers have been used for high precision material processing in micro- and nanomanufacturing operations due to the specific nature of the light that they emit, such as the high intensity and the possibility of controlled surface modification. In the last few decades a lot of attention was paid to surface modifications of different metals and their alloys by various types of laser light. Treatment of superalloys’ surfaces with laser light can induce the changes in the microstructure which result in improved mechanical properties of the material.
In this work, the process of interaction is related to exposure of nickel superalloy M-252 to femtosecond laser beam. The effect of the laser beams on the surface of the multicomponent alloys is performed by different pulse energies and different exposition time. The changes in the microstructure, depending on the parameters of the laser beam, are identified by the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy-dispersive spectrometry (EDS), and the mean grain size was measured by the method of the circle. The aim of the study was to optimize the parameters of laser treatment to reach the microstructure with the favourably affects for the surface quality.

abstract = "Nickel-base superalloys are an important class of engineering materials designed for high - temperature applications such as aero-engine components. Good corrosion resistance, optimal thermal properties, strength coupled with ductility, creep and fatigue resistance, as well as optimal impact and wear resistance are the main requirements for a satisfactory function in such severe environments at high temperatures. Lasers have been used for high precision material processing in micro- and nanomanufacturing operations due to the specific nature of the light that they emit, such as the high intensity and the possibility of controlled surface modification. In the last few decades a lot of attention was paid to surface modifications of different metals and their alloys by various types of laser light. Treatment of superalloys’ surfaces with laser light can induce the changes in the microstructure which result in improved mechanical properties of the material.

AB  - Fenomen integriteta konstrukcija u heritologiji povezan je sa teorijom prostora, teorijom restauracije, kao i zahte-vima održivog razvoja, pa heritološki pogled na integritet konstrukcija monumentalnih dela savremene umetničke produkcije, podrazumeva integrisani tehnološko – kulturo-loški pristup. U ovom radu prikazano je istraživanje ovih aspekata u radovima britanskog autora Entonija Gormlija, čije monumentalne skulpture na različitim meridijanima kao umetničko-tehnološko-ekološki koncepti, potvrđuju više-slojnost problema integriteta i veka konstrukcija u post-industrijskom društvu.
AB  - The phenomenon of structural integrity in heritology associated with the theory of space, the theory of restora-tion, as well as the requirements of sustainable develop-ment and heritological view of the structural integrity of monumental works in contemporary art production includes an integrated technology - a cultural approach. In this paper, the study of these aspects in the works of British author Antony Gormley, whose monumental sculptures in different meridians, as well as artistic and technological, ecological concepts, confirm the multifaceted nature of the structural integrity and life problem in post-industrial society.

Tema ove rute pokazuje ulogu industrijalizacije u ukupnoj evropskoj savremenoj istoriji, a način tretiranja industrijskih objekata čija je namena prevaziđena, govori o odnosu različitih evropskih sredina prema sostvenoj industrijskoj kulturi. Ovo istraživanje bavi se stanjem  energetskog industrijskog nasleđa u Srbiji, kao i mogućnošću njegovog inkorporiranja u Evropski put industrijske baštine, sa posebnim osvrtom na heritološke zahteve u procesu očuvanja.
AB  - Energy technologies are an integral part industrial heritage in the European path of industrial heritage, which includes over eight hundred cities and towns in 29 European countries. The theme of this route shows the role of total European industrialization in modern history, a method of protection of industrial facilities whose purpose is overcome, about the relationship of various European backgrounds to their own industrial culture. This research related to the industrial heritage in Serbia, and present well as the possibility of its incorporation into the European way of industrial heritage, with particular reference to heritological requirements in the preservation process.

AB  - Nickel-based superalloys are distinguished from other materials by their excellent mechanical and physical properties. As they are used at high temperatures and pressures, as well as in aggressive environments, their characteristics need constant improvement. An adequate choice of their chemical composition and the heat-treatment regime contributes to the improvement of the chemical, physical and mechanical properties of these nickel-based superalloy materials. During the heat treatments of the
superalloys Nimonic 263 and Hastelloy S some changes in their microstructures were observed. In this paper the changes in the microstructures after various regimes of the heat treatment were analysed on the fractured surfaces. The fractured surfaces were observed using light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDS).
AB  - Superzlitine na osnovi niklja se razlikujejo od drugih materialov zaradi svojih odličnih mehanskih in fizikalnih lastnosti. Ker se
jih uporablja pri visokih temperaturah in tlakih ter v agresivnem okolju, je potrebno stalno izboljševati njihove lastnosti.
Primerna izbira kemijske sestave in načina toplotne obdelave prispevata k izbolj{anju kemijskih, fizikalnih in mehanskih
lastnosti superzlitine na osnovi niklja. Med toplotno obdelavo superzlitine Nimonic 263 in Hastelloy S se opazijo spremembe v
mikrostrukturi. V tem članku so analizirane spremembe mikrostrukture na prelomnih površinah po različnih toplotnih
obdelavah. Površina prelomov je bila opazovana s svetlobno mikroskopijo, vrstično elektronsko mikroskopijo (SEM) in rentgensko disperzijsko spektroskopijo (EDS).

AB  - CAD / CAM tehnologije imaju značajnu ulogu u savremenoj umetničkoj praksi i dizajnu. U oblasti materijala ovako sofisticirane tehnike nalaze kompatibilan odgovor u primeni superlegura, naročito u uslovima visokih temperatura i nepovoljnih radnih sredina. U ovom radu razmatra se uticaj tehnološkog okruženja CAD / CAM tehnologija i primena superlegura u razradi nekonvencionalnih rešenja, kao i metodologija u domenu konceptualnog dizajna različitih prostornih formi.
AB  - CAD / CAM technology have an important role in contemporary art and design practice. In the field of materials, such sophisticated techniques are compatible response in the application of superalloys, especially in conditions of high temperatures and adverse operating environment. This paper examines the impact of technological environment of CAD / CAM technology and use of superalloys in the development of unconventional solutions, and methodologies in the domain of conceptual design of different spatial forms.

AB  - The materials with high-temperature capability consist alloying elements added to improve mechanical and physical properties of material. The investigation was carried out on high-temperature materials with different chemical compositions. The yield strength, tensile strength and elongation were determined by tensile strength tests. The samples were exposed to ruby laser beam with following characteristics: wavelenght of 694.3 nm, pulse duration of 30 ns, laser pulse energy of 1J. The dameges arisen by interaction of ruby laser beam with high-temperature materials were analyzed by a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and an energy-dispersive x-ray spectrometry (EDS). In this paper, the effect of Nb and Cr to the microstractural changes arrisen by ruby laser beam action was discused, with the aim to determine the optimal regime that provides good chemical and mechanical properties of researched superalloys.

AB  - Investigation was carried out on austenitic material samples – stainless steel and iron base superalloy that are widely used at elevated temperatures and pressures. The samples were exposed to Nd:YAG pulsed laser, with wavelength  of 1064 nm and pulse duration of 170 ps. Different pulse energy and number of pulses were applied. Spots obtained by laser interaction were observed by optical and scanning electron microscope and analyzed by energo-dispersive spectroscopy. Vickers microhardness tests were performed. AB  - Multicomponent nickel alloy, alloyed with: Mn, Cr, Al, Fe, B, Zr and others, was subjected after mechanical under the vacuum heat treatments: solution heat treatment at 1080oC for 1 hour, primary precipitation at 840 oC for 4 hours, secondary precipitation heat treatment at 760 oC for 3 hours and stress relief annealing at 700 oC for 1 hour. After heat treatment, laser surface treatment was applied and was related to the material deformation and damage formation on the material surface. Preliminary investigations were carried out by laser drilling and resulting traces on material were recorded by scanning electron microscope to find out the influence of different energies and pulse length on structural changes in the material.

AB  - U oblasti konzervacije i restauracije, primena nauke o materijalima ima fundamentalan
značaj za objekat ili kolekciju koji su predmet zaštite. Nove tehnologije, a prevashodno savremene
laserske tehnike omogućavaju dijagnosticiranje stanja, daju odgovore o optimalnim uslovima čuvanja
i mogućnostima preventivne zaštite i kontrole eksponata.
U ovom radu prikazani su rezultati primene lasera na materijalima ekvivalentne osnove sa
materijalima novčića kovanih u Viminaciijumu, glavnom gradu rimske provincije Gornje Mezije.

preventive protection and control of exhibit.

AB  - Tests were performed on  aircraft  power  component  chambers  made  of  the  AlMgZn alloy. 
The chambers contained cracks or did not contain any cracks. The contemporary optical technique was applied in order to determine the stress distribution at a given pressure of 10 bar inside the chamber with or without  a crack. In addition to the experimental research, changes in the material were also evaluated by numerical methods.

AB  - The    paper   presents   the    tested   mechanical    properties   and    determined   optimal
characteristics  of  the  multi-component  aluminium  alloy  that  are achieved by applying
Artificial aging for 30 min. At 190oC, after previously quenching  and  deforming  to 20%.
In   addition   to   the   optimal  mechanical  tests,  the  upper  mentioned  mechanical  heat
treatment   develops   optimal   resistance   to   corrosion   cracking   which  is  of  extreme
importance  in   the  exploatation  of   the  particular  structural  member  produced  of this
aluminium alloy. The  qualitative  and  quantitative  bases for the strain and stress analysis are obtained by applying the modern optical technique.

AB  - Bimetals – metal materials consisted of more layers-belong to the group of materials of intensive development. The essence of usage of bimetals lays within the possibility to unite the good qualities of 2 or more components in the new system, whose quality exceeds quality of each component. This paper considers experimental testing on bimetals of special use, especially the ones being used in industry of motor vehicles, as well as the air and the army industry. Fort he production of bimetals, hot-rolleda stell Č.0148 and brass Cu76Zn24Si0.5 have been used. These alloys have been treated with the thermic and thermo-mechanic treatments, and then they have been subjected under the laser treatment, with various dynamic working regimes of lasers (ruby laser, wave length λ= 694.3 x 10-9m, Q-swich). Structural changes, upon applied treatments, have been monitored with optical, transmission and scanning microscopes. Based on microphotography and the results of obtained mechanical characteristics, different terms been defined and they are of great significance in means of obtaining the optimal characteristics of treated alloys.
