AB  - Primena veštačke inteligencije u zaštiti kulturne baštine, na ovom stepenu razvoja, odnosi se prevashodno na domen akvizicije podataka, koji mogu biti od značaja za stvaranje šire slike o sredstvima i metodama realizacije umetničkih dela. U ovom radu, istražuje se pitanje integracije naučnih znanja u kontekstu primene veštačke inteligencije, u vezi sa delima velikih formata, i to u domenima specifikuma organizacije materije, diferencijacije komponenti i njihovih elemenata, strukturnih planova i matrica koje daju kvalitet unutrašnje koherencije i grade performativnu snagu dela. Multidisciplinarna opservacija treba da doprinese procesu objektivizacije znanja, do koje se, prirodom predmeta istraživanja, može doći samo integracijom elemenata više nauka i naučnih disciplina.
AB  - The application of artificial intelligence in cultural heritage, at this degree of development, refers primarily to the domain of data acquisitions that may be important for the creation of a wider image on the funds and methods of the implementation of works of art. In this paper, the issue of integration of scientific knowledge is investigated in the context of the application of artificial intelligence regarding the works of large formats. It is the domains of the specifics of the organization of matter, the differentiation of components and their elements, structural plans and matrix that give the quality of internal coherence and build the performative power of the work. Multidisciplinary observation should contribute to the process of objectifying the knowledge, to which the nature of the course of research, can only be reached by the integration of elements of several sciences and scientific disciplines.

AB  - Contemporary productions brings more complex elements, with narrower tolerances. Trends to miniaturization in many areas obtain the elements which are often with more deformations and contaminations. Automatizations of the production have faster works and demands to faster monitoring of quality of products. Many processes of manufacturing are in specific conditions, in vacuum environments (chambers) or in controlled conditions. For obtaining specific parameters, needed quality, etc. 
Contactless measuring methods and monitoring exist for great number of such problems and present good solutions. Trends in industry are to organize contactless measuring methods. 
In the paper will be presented considerations, which should contribute to further development of nondestructive methods and applicable to specific demands. The changes of reflectivity point to changes of optical material (objects) performances which tied tp changes of density, electrical conductivity, magnetic susceptibility. ELION techniques include devices which generate electromagnetic fields and react to the changes in them.

AB  - Of the first laser application  in the field of preservation and diagnostics of cultural heritage, many tasks in the field of physical processes have been ended to today, which include interaction and dimensioning powder structures, controlling the work environment in the process of cleaning objects, as well as the applications of holographic, tomographic, interferent and diffraction and diffraction methods Diagnosticing, memory, authentication, etc. Some of the problems will be considered in this paper, including the necessary software support. The methods of laser cleaning of plaster objects based on literature were analyzed, and in given cases assess was distribution by the dimensions of powder and aerosol particles (analytical). The data obtained are digitized with appropriate software and prepared for further software processing for the sake of the characteristic functions of the distribution. Obtaining distribution is required to assess the protection measures due to risk, which implies dimensions of particles harmful to the human health. This area is directly associated with methods to obtain powders through lasers and apply thin layers, where the optimal working regime of the applied laser is of interest.
AB  - Od prvih primena lasera u području očuvanja i dijagnostike kulturne baštine, do danas je rešeno mnogo zadataka iz područja fizičkih procesa koji uključuju interakciju i dimenzionisanje praškastih struktura, kontrolisanje radne sredine u procesu čišćenja objekata, ali i primene holografskih, tomografskih, interferentnih i difrakcionih metoda za dijagnostikovanje, memorisanje, proveru autentičnosti i td. Neki od problema će biti razmatrani u ovom radu, uključujući i potrebne softverske podrške. Analizirane su metode laserskog čišćenja predmeta na bazi gipsa na osnovu literature i za date slučajeve ocenjena je distribucija po dimenzijama čestica praha i aerosola (analitički). Dobijeni podaci su digitalizovani odgovarajućim softverom i pripremljeni za dalju softversku obradu radi dobijanja karakterističnih funkcija raspodele. Dobijanje raspodele je potrebno za procenu mera zaštite usled rizika, koji podrazumeva dimenzije čestica štetnih za ljudski organizam. Ova se oblast direktno povezuje sa metodama za dobijanje prahova putem lasera i nanošenje tankih slojeva, gde je od interesa optimalan radni režim primenjenog lasera.

AB  - Uloga lidarskih tehnika i metoda sa kvantnim generatorima, a i optičkih metoda uopšte u očuvanju kulturne baštine i energetici, je i dalje u stalnom porastu. Ova izjava već mnogo godina samo menja nagib porasta, ali i dalje važi. Trend primene beskontaktnih metoda u mernim tehnikama je i dalje prisutan, gde uloge preuzimaju fotoni. Iako su i optičke metode već odavno prisutne u oblasti energetike, a sada i u oblasti kulturne baštine sa mnogo zadataka, uloge laserskih tehnika za daljinsku kontrolu ili za laboratorijske nalaze su pretrpele kvalitativne promene. Ako su se prvobitno kontrolisali daljinski parametri jedne vrste sada se ide na kontrole parametara različite vrste sa mnogo manjim brojem merenja. Povećavaju se rezolucije i krug mogućnosti pojedinih razvijenih lidarskih sistema.
U ovom radu su autori analizirali izabrane tehnike sa akcentom na ulozi lasera, i uočavali krug uključenih fundamentalnih procesa. Date analize su sadržane u postojećim primenama, a ukazane su i buduće potencijalne primene. Rad se bavi analizom složenijih i egzaktnijih zakonitosti, ali sagledava procese i sisteme i kroz praktična rešenja da bi se lakše ukazalo na manje poznate sprege, koje se mogu kroz paralelizam postojećih opisa mikrookolina primenjivati. Razmotreni su i softverski alati. S obzirom na širinu pojma i energetike i kulturne baštine i na potrebu da ove dve oblasti budu u pozitivnoj sprezi, rad razmatra paralelna istraživanja i stalne, buduće zadatke.
AB  - The role of LIDAR techniques and methods using quantum generators as well as optical methods in general for preservation of cultural heritage and power engine ering is in constant increase. This sttement for years changes only its incline but is still valid. The trend of contact less methods use in measuring techniques persists, where photons are taking over certain roles. Although, optical methods are present for long period of time in power engineering and know in cultural heritage preservation in numerous tasks. The useo f laser techniques for remote monitoring of for laboratory measurements suffered qualitative changes. If previously were monitored parameters of certain type, now this migrates to remote monitoring of different types of parameters with far less number of measurements. The resolutions are getting greater as well as the set of performances of developed lidar systems. In this paper authors analyzed chosen techniques accentuating lasers use, and identified the area of fundamental processes, thus being included. Given analysis are introduced relating to existing applications, pointing out future use. Paper deals with analysis of more complex and exact approaches, processes and systems trough optimal  solutions. Authors are pointing out less known feedbacks, which could be used for descriptions of micro and macro environments using parallel isms. Software tools are considered. Having in mind the vast area of power engineering and cultural heritage preservation and also the need for these areas to be in positive feedback, paper deals with parallel and specific investigations and constant and future tasks.

AB  - Prema tipu primene lasera počinje se zadatak sa odabirom pogodnog kvantnog generatora, a zatim sledi koncepcija dizajna izabrane metode. Prema kompleksnosti sistema simuacije u procesu dizajniranja i procene uspešnosti, zamišljene koncepcije imaju veliku ulogu, pošto su cene razvoja sistema često u širokim granicama. U radu se razmatraju izabrani zahtevi i algoritmi, koji ih prate, kao delovi programskih paketa ili pojedinačno razvijenih sopstvenih rešenja. Izabrane su problematike iz dizajna sistema primene lasera kod interferometara, neki lidarski – ekološki problemi, i problematika kontrole požara, koja se ostvaruje primenom lidarskih sistema.
AB  - The task of the laser application start with selection of adequate quantum generator, and the second step is the design of a chosen method. The wide cost range of the system development and simulation complexity in the designing process, result in the overall evaluation of conception efficiency. The chosen demandes and according algorithms as well as software packages, or own software solutions are presented in this paper. Design problems of laser systems in interferometers, some lidar-ecology applications, and the fire detection and monitoring accomplished by lidar systems, are analysed, too.

AB  - Savremena problematika vezana za kvantne generatore u optičkom i RF delu spektra traži kao eksperimentalnu podršku vrlo kompleksne i skupe sisteme i komponente. Zbog toga su računarske simulacije neizbežne u osnovi razvoja mnogih sistema. U radu se autori bave problematikom dizajna optičkih vlakana i drugih komponenata u svrhe modulacija i simulacija u makroskopskim komponentama optičkih sistema. U drugom delu rada se primenom softverskih aplikacija ocenjuju eksperimentalni rezultati interakcije sa kvantnim generatorima na odabranoj vrsti materijala.
AB  - Contemporary issues related to the quantum generators in the optical and RF spectral ranges required as part of the experimental support very complex and expensive systems and
components. Therefore, the simulation is basically inevitable development of many systems. The authors deal with the problem of design of optical fiber and other components for the purpose of modulation and simulation of optical components in macroscopic systems in this paper. In the second part of it the application of other software types applications evaluated experimental results of interaction for selected type of material with the quantum generators.

AB  - Chosen ceramic materials of laboratory products important for microelectronics, microwave techniques and medical applications, have been exposed to pulsed laser beams in various regimes of operation (free generation, Q-switched and femto second regimes are included with different frequencies and number of pulses). Characteristic damages in these regimes are analyzed by the techniques of SEM, optical microscopy, micro hardness, etc. Obtained micrographs later served for image analysis by using quantification methods and corresponding tools for image processing. According to chosen processing, the information on the source itself (the laser), and power distribution in the beam, material resistance (hardness) to fluencies can be obtained.

AB  - Konstrukcija optičkih sistema ima svoju dugu tradiciju, koja je zavisno od izbora nekoherentnog ili koherentnog izvora morala da pretrpi modifikacije u teoretskom i praktičnom smislu. Postoji nekoliko pravaca razvoja optičkih komponenata i sistema, kojima se bavi ovaj rad sa izborom karakterističnih elemenata, analitike, matrične optike (polarizacionih, Müllerovih, Jonesovih i dr. matrica), diferencijalnih jednačina određenog reda, sa specijalnim funkcijama, itd. Teorijska optika ima svoje numeričke prilaze i algoritme. Pored aberacija tipa Seidela i hromatskih, pojavljuju se i aberacije novog tipa vezane za kvantne generatore, pored nelinearnih efekata. U traženju optimalnih alata su odabrani programi Zemax i Matlab i njihovi prilazi komponentama za oblikovanje, transformaciju i propagaciju koherentnog snopa. Među njima su komponente za širenje i razdvajanje snopova (beam expander, splitter). Na ovaj način se mogu analizirati i druge komponente i sistemi uz vrednovanje slučaja sa aberacijama (i bez), promene materijala i odabranih tipova lasera.
AB  - Design of optical systems has a long tradition, which is dependent on the choice of  incoherent  or  coherent  sources;  therefore,  it  had  to  undergo  modifications  in  the  theoretical and practical terms. There are several directions in the development of optical components and systems, which are engaged in this paper with a selection of characteristic features,  analysis,  matrix  optics  (polarization,  Müller,  Jones'  et  al.  matrices),  differential  
equations of a certain order, with special functions, etc. Theoretical optics has a numerical approach  and  algorithms.  In  addition  to  Seidel  and  chromatic  aberrations,  there  are  also  new  types  of  aberrations  associated  with  quantum  generators,  in  addition  to  nonlinear  effects.  In  searching  for  optimal  tools  ZEMAX  and  MATLAB  programs  are  selected  and  their  approaches  to  components  design,  transformation  and  propagation  of  a  coherent  beam.  Among  them  are  the  components  to  expand  and  splitt  (separate)  the  beams  (beam  expander,  splitter).  Based  on  this  approaches,  various  (and  different)  components  and  systems   can   be   analysed   and   evaluated   the   cases   with   aberrations   (and   without),   replacement of material and selected types of lasers.

AB  - Savremene primene lasera u medicini i u drugim oblastima su već odavno morale da budu uključene u probleme oblika završnog proizvoda iz mnogo razloga. Pored toga, kako je primena išla postepeno, morale su da se reše mnoge regulative, zavisno od grane medicine o kojoj se radi, prema tehnološkom nivou određene zemlje i sl. U ovom radu autori su izabrali nekoliko karakterističnih primena lasera u pogledu rešenja dizajna samih lasera i pomoćnog asesuara. Za primenu lasera, potrebno je rešiti i niz administrativnih dozvola, obzirom da je primena lasera trebalo da se uključi i u postojeće regulative i da dovede do mnogo novih akata, obzirom na svoje specifičnosti.
AB  - Contemporary applications of lasers in medicine and in other areas had to be included in problems of finished product shape for a long time. Besides, as the application gradually increased, many regulations had to be fulfilled, depending on the branch of medicine, technological level, etc. In this work, we have chosen several characteristic laser applications concerning design of lasers themselves and additional devices. For laser application, it is necessary to obtain a number of administrative permissions, concerning that laser application had to be included in regulatives and concerning laser specific characteristic which lead to number of new acts.
