The creative line, which runs from El Lisicki and Kurt Schwitters to Bauhaus, had a strong international reception, which was reflected in the artistic trends in Serbia. In this paper, we show initial research on German scientific sources, which introduces us to the topic of the influence of Constructivism in applied art in Serbia. In particular, we specially look at science sources for the 1924 Constructor, El Lisicki's work housed in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, as well as the 1933 work of Merzbach, Kurt Schwitters, from the Sprengel Museum in Hanover. In parallel, we explore sources about the work of Vlasta Ivković. She is a designer and who is one of the few applied artists from Serbia, educated at the source of Bauhaus, at the Hochschule für Gestaltung Ulm.
